All business transactions of AyurvedaBeauté are subject to the present General Sales Conditions.
Persons under 18 years old or persons who do not have full legal capacity confirm when they place their order, that they have obtained the consent of their legal guardian for the transaction in question. If the information and names supplied are unclear, the customer may be contacted for clarification purposes.
All sales made by ABare excluding any import duties and taxes, which may apply in the customer's country. The customer is sole responsible for the declaration and payment of such taxes and duties.
Information displayed on AB web site does not constitute an offer to contract. Objects proposed for sale are subject to availability, which is to be checked by AB prior to confirming its offer by e-mail. In this offer, AB will also mention one or several shipping options. The acceptance of this offer by the customer together with his payment constitute the actual binding contract.
Payment for the products may be effected using one of the methods available from AB:(credit card through Paypal, cheque or bank transfer ), which reserves the right to impose restrictions in individual cases.The Billing Address must match the credit card details, inc ase you choose credit card as your payment option.The products remain the property of AB until they have been fully paid for.
The prices displayed on the web site are expressed in Euro and may vary at all times. AB proposes in his web site some objects which may slightly differ from the photograph on the web site.
AB does not accept any liability for delayed delivery of products or for unintentionally incorrect product descriptions, illustrations or price details.
Shipping and delivery will be made to the address indicated by the customer as his " shipping address " .
Delivery is usually made within a few days (4-8 days after payment) but with no guarantee of specific delivery times. The shipping and delivery costs are at the expense of the customer and are invoiced by AB in addition to the price of the ordered items, as per our initial quotes. The customer assumes full responsibility to check the condition of the shipped goods at arrival and report damage to the shipper in writing (with a copy to AB) within 3 days of reception of the goods. The customer will be liable for any loss if he only wishes to receive unregistered consignments.
The customer has the right to return the product within 14 days of delivery in the original condition. In such case he has to send back the merchandise, after authorization by AB to address of St. Raphael.If the return is for other reasons than break or non-conformity to the condition described, the customer will be billed initial shipping charges and a handling fee of 30% of the total value of the merchandise he sends back. AB assumes no consequential damage responsibility for the products it commercializes and also declines responsibility in case of force majeure. In any case AB liability will be limited to the reimbursement of the sales price plus shipping charges of the goods object of the sale.
Applicable law is the Fench law and place of jurisdiction is Frejus, France.
The General Terms and Conditions are issued in French and English. In the event of contradictions or lack of clarity, the French version is authoritative.
